Solutions
Renewable Energy & Grid Infrastructure Solutions
Synctel supports energy projects from concept to commissioning and long-term operation, combining plant development, environmental and social planning, engineering design, EPC execution and grid integration.

Hydropower
Synctel develops hydropower plants from 1 MW to 20 MW for riverine, highland and escarpment sites where disciplined hydrology, civil engineering and grid evacuation determine long-term performance. The team supports the plant development process from screening and feasibility studies through engineering design, EPC delivery, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning and O&M planning, giving governments, utilities and private developers a single technical partner for bankable hydro infrastructure.
- Hydrology, catchment analysis and environmental flow assessment
- Intake, penstock, powerhouse, turbine and control systems
- Grid integration, protection studies and utility handover documentation

Geothermal
Geothermal projects require a steady connection between resource science, surface facilities and grid readiness. Synctel supports geothermal developers with engineering coordination for steam gathering systems, generation islands, reinjection, cooling, substations and grid integration, while embedding environmental and social considerations into the project plan from the earliest feasibility stage.
- Feasibility support for resource-to-grid development strategy
- Steam gathering, separator, reinjection and power island interfaces
- Commissioning support and operating procedures for baseload assets

Solar PV
Synctel delivers solar PV as a practical generation layer for utilities, C&I off-takers, mini-grids, industrial parks and hybrid renewable portfolios. Its lifecycle approach covers solar resource review, yield assessment, layout optimization, procurement strategy, EPC coordination, construction supervision, commissioning and long-term O&M structures that protect output and investor confidence.
- Solar resource, yield and plant layout optimization
- Inverter, transformer, substation and battery-ready engineering
- Construction QA/QC, commissioning tests and performance monitoring

Energy Transmission & Distribution
Generation projects only create value when power moves reliably into the network. Synctel designs and supervises the transmission and distribution infrastructure that connects plants to utilities and end users, including evacuation lines, substations, protection systems, metering, control logic and commissioning documentation aligned with national regulations and applicable industry standards.
- 11 kV to 220 kV substations, lines and distribution interfaces
- Protection, SCADA, metering and grid code compliance support
- Procurement, construction supervision, testing and utility handover

Safety & Quality
Zero-harm delivery and documented quality at every project gate
Synctel treats HSE and quality management as operating systems for the full project lifecycle. Each project is planned around risk registers, method statements, inspection and test plans, competency checks and commissioning records that create a clear audit trail from mobilization to handover.
ISO 45001-aligned safety controls
Project HSE plans define induction requirements, task risk assessments, permit-to-work controls, emergency response, toolbox talks and stop-work authority for high-risk activities.
Regulatory and environmental compliance
Execution is aligned with national regulations, applicable industry requirements and environmental management practices covering site access, public safety, waste, water and community interfaces.
ISO 9001-style quality assurance
Inspection and test plans, material traceability, supplier documentation, hold points, non-conformance controls and commissioning packs are used to verify workmanship and performance before handover.
Measurable site discipline
Synctel structures projects around documented inductions, routine toolbox briefings, planned audits, corrective-action closeout and commissioning milestones that make safety and quality visible.
